Global Platform · Tier 1 SP Sherman Pathways LLC
Commercial Interface

Sherman Pathways is the commercial interface and admissions gateway — the entity you are interacting with right now. It connects global learners and enterprise partners with RSIT-issued certifications and the degree conversion pathways that convert those credentials into university-accredited qualifications at five partner institutions across three jurisdictions.

SP manages the public-facing brand, ambassador network, enterprise cohort pricing, and the ECTS credit portability architecture that gives every RSIT certification its institutional reach. It is the face of the ecosystem — but not its engine.

Certification Engine · Tier 1 RSIT Roger Sherman Institute of Technology LLC
Certification & Credentialing

RSIT is the institutional core of the ecosystem — the entity that actually produces credentials. It operates 117+ certifications across 13 industry domains, manages five academic partner relationships (UCAM, OTHM, UTAMED, Apsley, Azteca), and delivers every certification through a fully self-guided, agent-executed capstone system governed by RSCFAI constitutional standards.

RSIT does not award degrees. It produces governed credential artifacts — 8 per certification — that Sherman Pathways converts into ECTS credit stacks, which partner universities then recognize as academic credit toward their respective qualifications.

Intelligence Layer · Tier 2 RSIS Roger Sherman Intelligence Systems LLC
Intelligence Layer

RSIS is the intelligence layer of the ecosystem. It ingests anonymized capstone output data — scoring patterns, guardrail coverage heatmaps, and confusion-rate signals — through the Capstone Intelligence Aggregation Layer (CIAL). This data calibrates the Sherman-Nexus™ SaaS compliance engines and routes refinement signals back to RSCFAI, powering the living certification flywheel. RSIS is what ensures every new cohort benefits from the intelligence generated by every cohort before it.

Standards Authority · Tier 2 RSCFAI Roger Sherman Center for Applied Intelligence LLC
R&D & Standards

RSCFAI is the constitutional standards authority of the ecosystem. It manages the 12-patent provisional portfolio, conducts deep-tech R&D into applied intelligence frameworks, and authors the governance standards that govern every credential issued across the ecosystem. RSCFAI publishes Master Implementation Plans (MIPs) — 1 Universal Core MIP and 6 Domain MIPs — that govern all 117+ certifications from a single constitutional framework. New certifications require no new infrastructure; they are assigned to an existing Domain MIP. RSCFAI defines the standard. Every other entity executes against it.

IP Defense & Compliance

RSLS is the validation and legal defense layer. It ensures that all intellectual property, compliance frameworks, attestations, and credential architectures across the ecosystem are legally defensible and globally aligned — including EU AI Act Article 4 compliance, USPTO patent prosecution, and partnership agreement integrity. RSLS converts institutional claims into institutional facts.

How the Entities Work Together

Every credential issued by the ecosystem travels through all five operating entities in sequence — from governance standards to accredited degree award.

Step 01 · RSCFAI Standards Authorship RSCFAI authors the Master Implementation Plans (MIPs), canonical pattern libraries, guardrail catalogs, and metric definitions that govern every capstone. These are not course materials — they are constitutional governance inputs. RSCFAI defines the standard. Every other step executes against it. Governance Standards
Step 02 · RSIT Competency Capture The learner produces 8 governed intelligence artifacts under RSIT agent guidance — assessed against RSCFAI MIPs by a deterministic structural gate and scored across 7 governance dimensions. No quiz. A governed portfolio. 8 Governed Artifacts
Step 03 · RSIS Intelligence Ingestion Anonymized artifact data — scoring patterns, guardrail coverage, confusion signals — flows into the RSIS Capstone Intelligence Aggregation Layer (CIAL). RSIS calibrates its compliance engines and routes refinement signals back to RSCFAI. CIAL Intelligence Layer
Step 04 · SP Degree Conversion Sherman Pathways converts validated RSIT certifications into ECTS credit stacks and routes them to the appropriate academic partner institution for degree recognition. ECTS Credit Block
Step 05 · Partner University Accredited Award UCAM, OTHM, UTAMED, Apsley, or Azteca issues the accredited degree — EQF Level 7 Master's, RQF Level 7 Diploma, RVOE Doctoral, or Executive DBA — as a recognized institutional qualification. Accredited Degree
The loop closes. RSIS intelligence signals inform RSCFAI MIP updates. New cohorts begin on stronger standards than the cohort before them. Active cohorts are version-frozen — no student is ever assessed against a standard that changed mid-program. Every certification in this ecosystem is a living certification.
