We Don't Need Lecturers.
We Need Architects.
Sherman Pathways is building the Intel Inside™ of the AI era — and recruiting a cadre of independent experts, doctoral scholars, and industry icons to mentor the next generation of AI Governance Transformation Architects. Remote. Asynchronous. Governed.
RSIT faculty are not content deliverers. They are governance validators — the human oversight layer that ensures every capstone artifact produced in the ecosystem meets a defined competency threshold before a credential is issued. This role requires judgment, not availability.
Applied Rigor
We do not teach theory for theory's sake. Every module, capstone, and framework we deliver must survive contact with reality — industrial velocity, regulatory scrutiny, and institutional accountability. Our faculty ensures that academic standards and real-world demands occupy the same sentence.
Governance StandardAsynchronous Impact
We respect your time completely. Our model is 100% remote and asynchronous — no live Zoom lectures, no fixed office hours, no attendance requirements. You provide high-value, surgical feedback on complex applied projects when it suits your schedule. Your expertise is the asset. Your calendar is yours.
Remote · FlexibleGovernance First
We believe AI without governance is a liability — not a competitive advantage. Our faculty are the guardians of ethics, compliance, and safety at the credential level. You are not grading papers. You are validating whether the practitioner is ready to govern AI systems in regulated environments.

Series™
Authority
For the defining voice in your industry's AI transformation. Not a faculty role. A co-creation partnership.
Self-nominations and third-party nominations are both welcome.
Are you the defining voice in your sector's transformation? Applied AI and emerging technologies are reshaping every professional domain — Finance, Healthcare, Energy, Logistics, Media, Legal, Supply Chain, and beyond. If you hold deep influence in a specific industry, the Signature Series™ partnership is designed for you.
Co-develop a certification under your personal brand. You provide the domain authority and unique intellectual property. We provide the accredited university infrastructure, the Sherman-Nexus™ governance technology, the RSIS validation engine, the Academic Support Faculty network, and the full operational backbone to take it to market.
This is a high-revenue-share partnership designed for icons who want to build the educational canon for their industry — without building a university from scratch, managing accreditation cycles, or operating a learning management system. You architect the content. We architect everything else.
All roles below are Independent Contractor (1099 / B2B) positions. We offer competitive per-project or retainer-based compensation calibrated to academic seniority and engagement scope. No live instruction required. No institutional affiliation required. Remote globally.
Guide Master's and Doctoral candidates through their final applied projects. Your role is to ensure rigorous research methodology, defensible logic, and the practical application of the Sherman-Nexus™ governance framework in real-world organizational scenarios. You are the final academic authority before a capstone artifact enters the RSIS validation scoring engine.
Doctorate required (PhD, DBA, EdD) · Prior experience supervising graduate research · Familiarity with applied AI governance frameworks preferred · Asynchronous turnaround within 5–7 business days
Review technical submissions for AI Quality Architecture, Data Governance, and Applied ML certification tracks. You will verify Python/R code logic, compliance schemas, system architecture diagrams, and governance artifact structure against defined RSIT rubrics — ensuring that technical outputs meet institutional standards before credential issuance.
Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent · OR 10+ years industry experience in ML Engineering, AI Architecture, or Data Governance · Familiarity with EU AI Act Article 4 or ISO 42001 preferred
Work directly with the Founder and Chief of Staff to design new certification modules across RSIT's 13 industry domains. Your role is to translate emerging regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001) into learnable, assessable competency models that produce governed capstone artifacts — not passive content consumption experiences.
Background in Instructional Design, Corporate Training, or Regulatory Standards Development · Experience converting compliance frameworks into structured learning outcomes · Knowledge of ECTS or credit-based curriculum architecture preferred
Provide expert-level review of certification capstone artifacts within a specific industry vertical — Healthcare AI, Financial Services AI, Legal Tech, Supply Chain Intelligence, or similar. Your role is to ensure that applied projects demonstrate genuine industry-grade understanding, not merely textbook compliance awareness.
10+ years senior experience in a specific industry domain · Demonstrated exposure to AI adoption, digital transformation, or regulatory compliance in that domain · No formal doctorate required for this track
All positions are Independent Contractor (1099 / B2B) engagements. Faculty members serve in a non-operational, non-governing capacity. No institutional affiliation is required. No equity is offered or implied. Compensation is project-based or retainer-based depending on role scope and engagement frequency. Faculty do not deliver live instruction under any circumstances.
