⚠ EU AI Act Full Enforcement: August 2, 2026
AI systems deployed in luxury retail, hospitality, XR environments, and personalization platforms are increasingly subject to EU AI Act scrutiny — particularly those involving behavioral signal analysis, adaptive environments, and emotion-adjacent inference. UCAM is an ANECA-accredited Spanish university operating within the EHEA framework, making graduates of this program directly subject to — and qualified to lead — EU AI Act compliance obligations across the aesthetic intelligence and experience design sectors.
