ℹ️ Important: Understanding UK Credits vs. ECTS

Please note that UK Credits are different from the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS).

This OTHM Level 7 Diploma awards 120 UK Credits. A common academic conversion is 2 UK Credits ≈ 1 ECTS Credit.

Therefore, this 120 UK Credit qualification is broadly equivalent to 60 ECTS Credits.

⚠️ Important: University Admissions Policy

RSIT provides the Level 7 Diploma (Stage 1) only. Admission to the University Top-Up (Stage 2) is a separate process handled exclusively between the student and the university.

While the OTHM Level 7 Diploma is widely recognized for advanced standing, RSIT does not guarantee university admission, nor do we facilitate the university enrollment process. Students must meet the university's specific English language and academic entry requirements at the time of application. Fees for the Top-Up are paid directly to the university.
