How Can We Help?

Clarifying academic recognition, credential architecture, methodology, and operational policies for our global student body. Most answers are in the FAQ below. If not — the form gets you directly to the right team.

Policy Notice · Enrollment

Final Sale & No-Refund Policy

Due to the immediate release of proprietary intellectual property, digital courseware, and university registration processing upon payment, Sherman Pathways does not offer refunds under any circumstances once credentials have been issued or LMS access has been granted. This applies to all certifications, degree program enrollments, and application fees.

Policy Notice · Recognition

Student Verification Responsibility

It is the sole responsibility of the student to verify the validity and recognition of credentials in their specific country, employer context, or local jurisdiction prior to enrollment. Sherman Pathways and RSIT cannot guarantee automatic recognition by third parties, governments, or employers. Verify before enrolling.

01. Admissions & Access

For Professional Certifications: No. All individual RSIT certifications operate on a "Vocational-First" basis with no academic prerequisites. If you have the professional experience and the motivation to govern AI, you can enroll immediately.

For Master's Degrees: Yes. Proof of a completed Bachelor's degree (or its recognized equivalent) is required to receive the final university-issued Master's diploma from our academic partners.

Important: Individual partner universities (UCAM, Apsley, UTAMED, OTHM, Azteca) may have additional admission requirements — language proficiency, specific academic background, or GPA thresholds. These are communicated through the Admissions Portal after the Application Fee is processed.

All learning takes place on the RSIT Learning Management System (LMS). Once your tuition or application fee is processed, you will receive your official login credentials and welcome packet via email within 72 business hours.

Please check your spam/junk folder if the welcome email does not appear. If you have not received access within 5 business days, contact admission.support@shermanpathways.com with your order number.

Certifications: Direct enrollment — no application required. Select your certification, complete payment, and receive LMS access within 72 hours.

Degree Programs: A formal admissions process applies. An Application Fee initiates the process, after which your documents are reviewed and you are connected to the appropriate academic partner for university enrollment formalities.

Yes. Sherman Pathways operates globally. There are no geographic restrictions on enrollment for certifications or degree programs. Our academic partners span three jurisdictions — Spain (EU), United Kingdom, and Mexico — providing recognition pathways across most of the world's major professional credential markets.

Students are responsible for independently verifying credential recognition in their specific country prior to enrollment. See the Recognition FAQ category for details.

Sherman Pathways maintains a limited scholarship and grant fund for qualified applicants demonstrating financial need or exceptional professional merit. Scholarships are not advertised publicly and are awarded on a case-by-case basis.

To request a scholarship consideration package, contact admission.support@shermanpathways.com before completing enrollment. Scholarship applications must be submitted prior to payment — retroactive awards are not available.

02. Methodology & Learning Experience

No. RSIT operates on a 100% asynchronous online model. There are no mandatory live sessions, fixed class times, or required webinars — ever. You study on your own schedule, in your own timezone, at whatever pace your professional life allows.

This is by design. Our students are working professionals, executives, and doctoral candidates who cannot commit to fixed schedules. The asynchronous model is not a compromise — it is the intended learning architecture.

The RSIT LMS delivers content through a combination of:

  • Structured module sequences — video lectures, reading frameworks, and applied case studies
  • AI Tutor support — 24/7 intelligent assistance for content questions inside the LMS
  • Capstone project system — every certification culminates in a governed applied artifact, not a multiple-choice exam
  • Human faculty review — capstones and major submissions are graded by assigned Academic Support Faculty, not automated scoring

Completion timelines vary by certification track and individual pace. Most professional certifications are designed to be completed within 4–12 weeks at a pace of 5–8 hours per week. There are no hard deadlines — access does not expire upon enrollment.

Degree programs follow university academic calendars set by the issuing institution and typically span 12–18 months of structured coursework.

Yes — and you are often encouraged to. RSIT enforces a Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) academic policy, which means AI tools are permitted as force multipliers for research, code generation, and synthesis. However, you must function as the Senior Auditor of every AI output before submission.

Every major submission requires an AI Disclosure Appendix documenting which tools were used, for what purpose, and what human verification was applied. This is not bureaucratic overhead — it is the same audit discipline required by EU AI Act Article 13 in production environments.

The core rule: You may delegate tasks to AI. You may never delegate responsibility. If an AI hallucinates a fact and you submit it, the error is yours alone. See our full Academic Standards page for details.
03. Certifications

An RSIT certification is a governed, capstone-validated professional credential — not a course completion badge. Unlike completion certificates that simply track that you watched a video, every RSIT certification requires submission of a defined capstone artifact demonstrating applied competency in the subject domain.

Certifications are reviewed and validated through the RSIS Compliance Validation Engine and issued under the RSIT credential authority. Each credential is stackable — RSIT certifications accumulate ECTS-equivalent credits that convert directly toward university degree enrollment with our five academic partner institutions.

RSIT offers 117+ professional certifications across 13 industry domains, including AI Governance, Data Engineering, Healthcare AI, Financial Services AI, Legal Technology, Supply Chain Intelligence, Cybersecurity Governance, HR Technology, and more. New certification tracks are added on a rolling basis as new regulations and industry standards emerge.

Each industry domain includes multiple credential tiers — from foundational practitioner certifications through senior architect-level credentials — designed to reflect real organizational hierarchy, not academic progression.

Yes. Upon successful completion and capstone approval, you will receive a digital credential that can be listed on your résumé, LinkedIn profile, and professional portfolio. Credentials include a verification reference that allows employers to confirm authenticity.

For degree-pathway certifications that have been converted to university ECTS credits, the academic partner institution will issue the relevant academic documentation separately.

RSIT certifications do not automatically expire. However, in rapidly evolving domains such as AI governance and regulatory compliance, the currency of your credential is tied to the relevance of the framework you were certified in. As major regulatory updates occur (such as new EU AI Act implementation acts), RSIT may issue updated certification versions.

Certified practitioners will be notified of significant framework updates and may complete supplementary modules to maintain current-edition status.

04. Degree Programs

Sherman Pathways currently offers 14 university degree programs delivered in partnership with five accredited academic institutions across three jurisdictions. Programs are available at:

  • Master's Level (EQF Level 7): Through UCAM (Spain), UTAMED (Spain), and OTHM (UK) — postgraduate professional master's degrees in AI Governance, Applied Intelligence, and related domains
  • MBA / Executive Level (EQF Level 8): Through Apsley Business School (UK) — doctoral-level executive programs
  • Continuing Education (RVOE): Through Universidad Azteca (Mexico) — recognized postgraduate programs for LATAM professionals

RSIT certifications are designed as ECTS-credit-generating instruments. Each completed certification with an approved capstone generates a defined number of ECTS credits that are recognized by our partner universities toward degree enrollment requirements.

The Agentic Accreditation Engine™ computes trust-weighted credit equivalencies in real-time, eliminating the manual credit transfer process that can take months at traditional universities. Conversion rates vary by program and partner institution.

Practical path: A student who completes a certification stack covering their degree program's competency requirements may enter the university's formal enrollment process with substantial credit already recognized — dramatically reducing time to completion.

Sherman Pathways holds active academic partnership agreements with five institutions:

  • UCAM (Universidad Católica de Murcia) — Spain · EQF Level 7
  • UTAMED — Spain · EQF Level 7
  • OTHM Qualifications — United Kingdom · RQF Level 7, Ofqual regulated
  • Apsley Business School — United Kingdom · EQF Level 8
  • Universidad Azteca — Mexico · RVOE recognized

Degrees are issued directly by the partner university, not by Sherman Pathways or RSIT. RSIT serves as the academic delivery and credential governance engine.

05. Accreditation & Recognition

All degrees are issued by accredited partner universities. For Spanish partners (UCAM, UTAMED), the Master's programs are classified as Máster de Formación Permanente (Título Propio) — postgraduate degrees issued under the university's own academic autonomy, designed for professional and continuing education.

  • Título Propio degrees are recognized within the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) as university-level postgraduate education
  • They differ from "Másteres Oficiales" — which are Spain's government-regulated degrees primarily designed for access to state-licensed professions (medicine, law, engineering)
  • For most corporate, technology, and governance careers, a Título Propio at EQF Level 7 carries full professional weight

UK programs through OTHM are regulated by Ofqual at RQF Level 7. Apsley programs operate at EQF Level 8. Universidad Azteca programs carry RVOE recognition from Mexico's SEP.

Due to the significant variance in national recognition frameworks, Sherman Pathways and RSIT cannot guarantee automatic recognition in your specific jurisdiction, employer context, or for state-regulated professions.

General recognition patterns by program type:

  • UCAM / UTAMED EQF L7: Broadly accepted for corporate employment across 49 EHEA signatory countries. Not for state-regulated professions in Spain.
  • OTHM RQF L7: Ofqual regulated, widely accepted in the UK and many Commonwealth jurisdictions
  • Apsley EQF L8: Executive-level recognition across EU and UK corporate contexts
  • Universidad Azteca RVOE: Recognized by Mexico's SEP — relevant for LATAM professional markets
Your responsibility: Verify recognition with your local authorities, licensing body, or employer before enrolling. Do not assume — confirm.

The issuance of the degree diploma and any legalization (including Hague Apostille) is the responsibility of the issuing university's registry office, not Sherman Pathways. Students must contact the university directly to request hard-copy diplomas, apostilles, or certified translations and are responsible for any associated fees.

Sherman Pathways can provide guidance on contacting the relevant university registry, but is not a party to the university's administrative processing timelines.

RSIT certifications and degree programs are specifically designed to generate documented compliance evidence for EU AI Act Article 4, which mandates AI Literacy for all persons involved in the development, deployment, or operation of AI systems — with enforcement beginning August 2, 2026.

Completing a relevant RSIT certification produces a governed capstone artifact and a credential that organizations can use as documented evidence of employee AI literacy compliance. The RSIS Compliance Validation Engine provides institutional-grade compliance documentation.

06. Payment, Pricing & Refunds

Sherman Pathways processes payments through Shopify Payments, supporting all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and available local payment methods depending on your region. Prices are displayed and charged in USD unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion is handled at checkout based on your card's issuing bank rate.

Sherman Pathways does not offer refunds once LMS access has been granted or credentials have been issued. This is a final-sale policy that applies without exception to all certifications, degree program enrollments, and application fees.

The rationale: upon enrollment, you receive immediate access to proprietary intellectual property, courseware, and (for degree programs) university registration processing commences. These are non-recoverable value transfers.

Before you pay: Review the program details, download the syllabus, and contact our team with any questions. We strongly encourage due diligence prior to enrollment, not after.

Installment and deferred payment options may be available for select degree programs and enterprise cohort enrollments. These are not advertised publicly and are arranged on a case-by-case basis through direct consultation with the admissions team.

Contact admission.support@shermanpathways.com before completing checkout to inquire about structured payment options for programs over a defined value threshold.

First, check your spam and promotions folders for the welcome email. LMS access is provisioned within 72 business hours of payment confirmation.

If 5 full business days have passed without access, email admission.support@shermanpathways.com with your full name, the email used at checkout, and your Shopify order number. Include the subject line: "LMS Access — Order #[number]" for fastest routing.

09. EU AI Act & Compliance

EU AI Act Article 4 requires that organizations deploying or operating AI systems ensure that all relevant personnel possess sufficient AI literacy — documented, verifiable, and proportionate to the risk level of the AI systems they operate. Enforcement begins August 2, 2026.

This is not a soft recommendation. Non-compliant organizations face regulatory scrutiny, liability exposure, and potential enforcement action under the broader EU AI Act penalty framework (up to €35M or 7% of global annual turnover for high-risk system violations).

What RSIT provides: Every RSIT certification produces a governed capstone artifact and credential that serves as documented Article 4 AI Literacy compliance evidence — at the individual and, at enterprise scale, organizational level.

All RSIT certifications generate Article 4 AI Literacy compliance documentation. The most directly relevant tracks for organizational compliance programs include:

  • AI Governance Architect — comprehensive coverage of EU AI Act risk classification, Article 4 literacy, and governance architecture
  • Responsible AI Practitioner — practitioner-level compliance for operational AI users
  • AI Quality & Compliance Engineer — technical compliance, ISO 42001 alignment, audit trail documentation
  • AI Risk & Ethics Officer — senior governance, board-level AI risk management, regulatory reporting

Contact partners@shermanpathways.com for a compliance mapping consultation for your organization's specific AI deployment context.

RSIT's credential governance infrastructure is designed to the ISO 42001 AI Management System standard. The RSIS Compliance Validation Engine aligns with ISO 42001 requirements for AI governance documentation, audit trails, and risk classification — and this alignment is reflected in every credential and capstone artifact the system produces.

Formal ISO 42001 certification status is maintained at the organizational level and details are available to institutional partners upon request under NDA.

10. Intellectual Property & Student Rights

You retain ownership of your own written words, arguments, and personal expression in submitted work. However, any work that makes use of RSIT frameworks, methodologies, engines, architectures, or system logic (Sherman-Nexus™, Lean Sigma X™, DEAL™, RSIS governance structures, Constitutional Core™, or any associated IP) does not generate student ownership, co-authorship, or co-inventorship rights in that underlying IP.

The distinction: you own your words. You do not own the frameworks your words describe. All RSIT intellectual property remains the exclusive property of Roger Sherman Holdings LLC.

All materials, methodologies, frameworks, engines, diagrams, models, system logic, governance structures, data schemas, synthetic metrics, compliance architectures, and any intellectual property associated with RSIT™, RSIS™, RSCFAI™, Sherman-Nexus™, Lean Sigma X™, the Applied Intelligence Operating System™, or any related sub-frameworks (collectively, the "RSIT Intellectual Property") are the exclusive property of Roger Sherman Holdings LLC and its associated entities. All 12 provisional USPTO patent applications are filed and pending.

By participating in any RSIT program, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Protected IP: All RSIT Intellectual Property is proprietary and protected under filed patents, trade secrets, and applicable IP law.
  • Academic Use Only: Coursework, assignments, capstones, and written materials are academic submissions only. They do not grant ownership, authorship, co-inventorship, or commercial rights over RSIT IP.
  • No Derivative Ownership: Student-generated content using RSIT frameworks remains fully owned by RSIT with respect to the underlying architecture. You retain your words; not the frameworks.
  • Prohibited Actions: Students may not patent, commercialize, publish for commercial gain, replicate, reverse-engineer, resell, or adapt any RSIT IP outside of permitted academic or portfolio use.
  • No Co-Inventorship: No student submission shall be considered a contribution to RSIT patents. All conceptual structures used in assignments fall under educational fair use and remain the sole property of RSIT/RSCFAI.
  • Explicit Waiver: By continuing in this program, you waive any claim to ownership, co-creation, co-invention, or derivative IP rights arising from assignments requiring use of RSIT/RSIS/RSCFAI/Sherman-Nexus frameworks.

Violation of this policy may result in removal from the program, invalidation of coursework, or legal action in cases of IP infringement or unauthorized commercial use.

Yes — displaying your RSIT credentials in professional contexts (résumé, LinkedIn, business profile, portfolio) is encouraged and expected. You may reference your enrollment, certification completion, and degree status publicly.

What is not permitted: reproducing RSIT framework diagrams, publishing RSIT proprietary content, or representing RSIT methodology as your own intellectual property in publications, courses, or commercial products. When in doubt, contact admission.support@shermanpathways.com for guidance.
