UT3 - Master in Continuing Education in Dermatological Engineering & Skin Health Optimization (Application & Verification)
Master in Continuing Education in
Dermatological Engineering & Skin Health Optimization
Awarded by Universidad Tecnológica Atlántico-Mediterráneo (UTAMED)
Architected by RSIT · Delivered through Sherman Pathways
Program Overview
The Master in Continuing Education in Dermatological Engineering & Skin Health Optimization is a comprehensive Signature Series program designed for the architects of the future skin-longevity ecosystem.
This program establishes Dermatological Engineering as a non-clinical systems discipline. It integrates conceptual skin longevity biology, peptide architecture, AI dermometrics, formulation strategy, and SkinTech innovation. It is explicitly non-medical and non-diagnostic, focusing instead on how these domains are architected, governed, and deployed to optimize skin healthspan through advanced aesthetics, wellness, and technology.
The program is institution-designed and governance-aware, providing the deep structural literacy required to lead in the fast-evolving sectors of BeautyTech, SkinTech, and Dermocosmetics.
- Advanced Aesthetics Professionals & Strategists
- SkinTech & BeautyTech Innovators
- Dermocosmetic Product Architects
- Wellness & Longevity System Designers
- Regulatory & Claims Governance Leaders
- Venture Architects in Skin Health Ecosystems
What Makes This a Signature Series Program?
Institution-Led Academic Architecture. Systems-Level Orientation. Advisory-Backed Rigor.
Unlike expert-centric programs, this Master’s degree is architected and governed by RSIT. Curriculum structure, assessment logic, and progression standards are institutionally defined.
We do not train clinical treatment. We train systems-level understanding of how skin health is engineered through technology, formulation, data, and biology—governed by strict regulatory boundaries.
Programs are supported by RSIT’s academic support faculty and a multidisciplinary advisory ecosystem spanning AI, governance, leadership, ethics, and systems design.
The Two-Layer Signature Model
This Master’s program is designed as a durable academic system: a permanent RSIT foundation with an added Signature Chair overlay that increases distinction without creating dependency.
RSIT designs, governs, and quality-assures the academic system behind the Master’s degree—ensuring rigor, consistency, and long-term credibility.
- Curriculum architecture & progression logic
- Assessment & quality assurance (QA)
- Faculty facilitation and academic support
- Governance, compliance posture, and continuity
Master’s Degree Architecture
10 Advanced RSIT Certifications · 60 ECTS Total · Modular & Cumulative
Conceptual, non-clinical mastery of skin longevity biology and extracellular matrix (ECM) architecture—including collagen, elastin, mechanobiology, and inflammaging—framed through systems-level reasoning rather than diagnosis.
Advanced non-clinical specialization in dermal peptide ecosystems, conceptual engineering of topical delivery systems, non-invasive penetration pathways, and claims-safe longevity formulation architecture.
Specialization in AI-assisted skin analysis, predictive dermometric system design, synthetic skin-longevity metrics, and computer-vision–driven aesthetic analytics—without medical diagnostic inference.
Conceptual dermatological epigenetics, synthetic aging clocks, and surface-level cellular plasticity narratives, emphasizing systems reasoning and governance of "age-reversal" concepts.
Mastery of non-invasive SkinTech systems, conceptual dermal bio-stimulation frameworks (light, thermal, micro-current), and claims-safe integration into skin-longevity programs.
Strategic formulation architecture, conceptual selection of cosmetic actives (retinoids, peptides), sensory engineering, and RSIS-aligned governance of topical product systems.
Systems-level specialization in the skin–gut–inflammation axis, microbiome narratives, "inflammaging" frameworks, and lifestyle patterns, strictly governed to prevent medical or nutritional claims.
Advanced strategy in global cosmetic regulation, claims governance, labeling discipline, and international market alignment (FDA, EU, LATAM), emphasizing risk prevention and governance-by-design.
Venture design for skin longevity, including BeautyTech business architectures, science-informed innovation strategy, ethical monetization, and go-to-market systems.
End-to-end dermatological systems design using the Skin-Nexus™ Loop (Sense → Understand → Decide → Act), focusing on system orchestration, decision governance, and auditability.
Signature Honors Capstone (Optional)
A Distinction, Not a RequirementThe Signature Honors Capstone is an optional, thesis-level professional project designed for students seeking the highest level of distinction within the Signature Series. It integrates all ten certifications into a single, system-level strategic deliverable that demonstrates mastery beyond course completion.
The capstone framework, evaluation criteria, and excellence thresholds are established at the Signature Series level by a Signature Chair (when appointed), reflecting real-world strategic, translational, and governance expectations.
RSIT faculty and academic support teams facilitate and assess each capstone using the Signature standards to ensure rigor, consistency, and institutional accountability—without dependency on a single individual.
The final submission is designed to be defensible and usable in executive, advisory, investor, or policy contexts—structured as a professional artifact rather than an academic exercise.
Honors candidates receive access to a Signature Chair session series designed to sharpen thesis-level thinking, failure-pattern recognition, and real-world strategic judgment.
- Signature Honors designation (upon successful completion)
- Opt-in listing in a Signature Honors Registry (public professional signal)
- Digital credential / LinkedIn-ready badge (issued by RSIT)
- Portfolio-grade capstone dossier suitable for external defense
Tuition Options & Enrollment
